Notes on Thomas...

CAREER AT VALDOSTA STATE: The 2013-14 season marks the first for Thomas as a Lady Blazer. The transfer from Albany State is looking to provide big minutes for the red and black this season. Coach Hill says...

“When a young lady scores 20 plus on you in four different games over a two year period then inquires about playing with you, you better listen. That was exactly the case with April. April is another competitor with a ton of confidence and game to back it up. We feel April will bring such a positive work ethic to everything she does on and off the floor. That’s what winners do!” Thomas says...

“I chose VSU because I wanted the chance to be a part of something bigger than myself! After visiting VSU, I was amazed by all the different coaches and trainers that come together to help their athletes become not just better athletes, but students as well. At that very moment, I knew this was where I wanted to be.”
