The Coburn Hutchinson House, located in the heart of historical Summerville, SC, was named on its 160th birthday by owners Brian and Michelle Sauter. Michelle and her husband have been lovingly restoring it and, little by little, it is coming back to life for this couple and their mini Golden- Doodle Charleston! (Charlie for short)

The Gentleman's Study was re-imagined with a dramatic grey-based olive green for a smokey effect that would be cozy and elegant altogether.
