From the North via (M1) / South-West (M69) • Exit M1 / M69 at Junction 21. • At the roundabout take the 1st exit (from M1) or 2nd exit (from M69) onto the A5460 towards Fosse Retail Park. • Take the 4th exit at the following roundabout onto the B4114 - Fosse Retail Park will be on your left. • Follow the B4114 until the next roundabout / traffic lights - take the 1st exit onto the A563 (outer ring road) / Soar Valley Way. • Continue to follow the A563, passing through two roundabouts. • At the third, take the 2nd exit onto the A6 / Leicester Road towards Oadby - Leicester Race Course will be on your right. • Follow the A6 for approx. 6.5 miles, passing through four roundabouts, until you come to Kibworth Harcourt. • Stay on the A6, passing the right turn for Kibworth Beauchamp. • Continue for approx. 0.25 miles and you will see Kibworth Business Park on your right. • Turn into Nursery Court, following the road to the left. From the South • Exit M1 at Junction 20. • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A4304 / Road heading towards / Walcote. • Continue on the A4304 for approx 12 miles, passing through North Kilworth, , eddington and Lubenham before reaching Market Harborough. • Turn left at A4304 / Fairfield Road. • Turn left at B6047 / Leicester Road and follow for approx 2 miles, passing through two roundabouts. • At the next roundabout (McDonalds) take the 1st exit onto the A6 / Harborough Road. • Continue on the A6 for approx 3 miles, passing Kibworth Shooting Ground on the right, go under the railway bridge, Kibworth Business Park is on your left. • Turn into Nursery Court, following the road to the left. From Market Harborough • Head North out of Market Harborough on the B6047 / Leicester Road and follow for approx 2 miles, passing through two roundabouts. • At the 3rd roundabout (McDonalds) take the 1st exit onto the A6 / Harborough Road. • Continue on the A6 for approx 3 miles, passing Kibworth Shooting Ground on the right, go under the railway bridge, Kibworth Business Park is on your left. • Turn into Nursery Court, following the road to the left. From Northampton • Head North on the A508 towards Market Harborough for approx 17 miles, going through three roundabouts. • Continue the route from Market Harborough as above (via the B6047). Parking • Premier is located within units 3-4. ere is allocated parking at the end of the building. By rail - Midland Mainline • Market Harborough station - approx 6 miles. • Leicester station - approx 9 miles.
