2016 BRING THE FUNNY: THE ESSENTIAL COMPANION FOR THE COMEDY SCREENWRITER Published by Focal Press. Intended for millennials, the book only uses examples from movies produced after 2000.

Screenplays Produced

2009 BRIDE WARS Wrote original story and screenplay for feature film starring Kate Hudson and , produced by New Regency. Grossed $115 million. In 2015 the film was remade in China with a Chinese cast based on my original story and screenplay.

2003 NATIONAL SECURITY Re-wrote feature film starring Martin Lawrence, produced by Sony Pictures. Worked with Martin Lawrence and director during post-production.

2001 SAVING SILVERMAN Co-wrote original screenplay for produced, feature film starring Jack Black, Steve Zahn, and Amanda Peet. Produced by Sony Pictures and Village Roadshow Productions. Worked with actors and director on set and during post-production.

2001 CATS & DOGS Contributed writing to film produced by Village Roadshow.

2001 KILLER BUD Co-wrote screenplay for independent, produced feature film ($3 million budget). Distributed worldwide.

1998 JERRY MASHUGANA Co-wrote short film starring Matt Damon, Geoffrey Rush, and Demi Moore. Worked on set with actors. Produced by Creative Artists Agency.

2010-present Providing legal counsel to filmmakers and artists in New York City. Notable clients include Brian Oakes and Joe Tiboni, both of whose films debuted at the Sundance Film Festival.

2012 Hired as expert in screenwriting and copyright by attorneys in litigation related to the movie The Expendables, starring Sylvester Stallone.

2009 Created and hosted event at Rutgers Law School entitled The Sopranos on Trial, in which attorneys discussed litigation surrounding The Sopranos.

Community Service

2011 New York Foundation for the Arts. Provided pro bono legal counsel to artists and entertainers at day-long legal clinic in Brooklyn, NY.

2011-2017 Coaching basketball, baseball, softball and soccer for elementary school-aged girls and boys in Springfield, New Jersey.

2008-2010 Worked as clinician in Rutgers Law School Community Law Clinic.

2010 Received Eric R. Neiser Public Interest Award for pro bono legal work.

2003 Helped lead workshop for residents of the Aviva Center in Los Angeles. Aviva is a non-profit foundation serving children and families in crisis.
