BRIAN DALEY , 48, Fantasy and Science Fiction writer, died February 18 from pancreatic cancer in his home in Arnorld, Maryland. First known for his techno-fantasy novel, The Doomfarers of Caramonde (1977-79), he wrote several novels and radio scripts (1979-82), and the novel adaptation of the movie Tron (1982).
