Minutes of 256 SEAC Meeting Date 16/01/2016 the 256 Meeting of SEAC Minutes of 256 th SEAC Meeting Date 16/01/2016 The 256 th meeting of SEAC was held in Directorate of Environment, U.P. on 16/01/2016. Following members were present in the meeting along with Secretary, SEAC: 1. Dr. M. S. Khan, Chairman 2. Dr. S.N. Singh, Member 3. Dr. S.K. Upadhyay, Member 4. Dr. D. C. Gupta, Member 5. Shri Ajay Kumar Shukla, IAS Secretary, SEAC / Director, Environmemt The Chairman welcomed the members to the 256 th SEAC meeting. The Members of SEAC unanimously taken following decisions on the agenda points discussed: 1. M/s Radha Krishna Ent Udyog,Gata no.251,111,287/1,245 Vill:Dabhaura, Kol, Aligarh. Sri Janakpal Singh, S/o Mr. Tikshnapal Singh, Vill:Dabhaura, Kol, Distt: Aligarh. 4.1019 File N0.-391/Ent/ OSD(T) The committee noted that an application dated 19/10/2015 was made by the project proponent for environmental clearance of Brick earth mining at Gata No. 251, 111, 287/1 & 245, Vill: Dabhaura, Tehsil: Kol, District: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (Leased area 4.1019 ha.)., M/s Radha Krishna Eint Udyog. A presentation was made by Mr. Janak pal Singh, project proponent along with their consultant M/s Geogreen Enviro Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow. The proponent, through the documents submitted and the presentation made, informed the committee that:- 1. The Environmental Clearance is sought for Brick earth mining at Gata No. 251, 111, 287/1 & 245, Vill: Dabhaura, Tehsil: Kol, District: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh (Leased area 4.1019 ha.), M/s Radha Krishna Eint Udyog 2. This project does not attract any of the general conditions applicable on mining projects specified in EIA Notification 14/09/2006. 9. Regarding the project no litigation is pending in any court. An affidavit dated 21/10/2015 has been submitted by the proponent regarding compliance of provisions given in MoEF OM dated 24/06/2013. 11. Undertaking, that the data and information given in the application, enclosures and other documents are true to the best of my knowledge and belief has been submitted by the project proponent and Consultant has been submitted. 12. A letter from Mining Officer, dated 11/01/2016 has been issued through which it has been informed that there is no other Soil Mining lease has been sanctioned within 500 m periphery of the proposed sites. 13. The project proposal falls under category 1(a) of EIA Notification, 2006 (as amended). The committee discussed the matter and directed the project proponent to submit following information: 1. Resubmit a copy regarding the agreement between the land owners Mr. Kunwarpal S/O Mr. Chandan Singh, Mahendra Singh S/O Mr. Turran Singh Chandra Wati W/O Bhagwat Dayal for Gata No. 251 (lease area 1.760 Ha) also for Mrs, Omvati W/O Mr. Mahendra pal (lease area 0.5999 Ha.) between soil excavator, M/s Radha Krishna Eint Udyog today itself Dated 16/1/2016 The committee deferred the case and directed the project proponent that matter shall be considered after the submission of information as above. 2.
