1. The project proponents are requested to send the project details in respect of establishment/iden fica on of viola on (by SEIAA/MoEF&CC) in the format as per Annexure-I, Annexure-II, Annexure-III & Annexure-IV.
environmentclearance.nic.in/Stateadmin/Generate_Agenda_CategoryB.aspx?uniid=30817 4/6 13/03/2021 Welcome to State Portal (1) The project proponents should submit the Form-1, Pre-feasibility report for TOR along with other requisite documents,Environment 2:37:31 PM Impact Assessment Report, public hearing report, queries subsequently raised by the Ministry, if anyincluding details of the court ma ers/Orders of the Court pertaining to the project if any, in original, duly signed by the company authorized signatory for Environmental Clearance, well in advance before mee ng to Ministry’s project sec on or utmost at the me of presenta on, without which the proposal will not be considered.
Note:Submit a copy of each of above documents - Hard and So Copies (CD) to the Member secretary, Viola on (Note: Not by Name) by speed post so as to reach well in me.
(ii) Compliance Report from Regional Office, MoEF&CC (Applicable for projects already having EC). (iii) The KML/Shape files should be emailed to men oned at para No. 7 below at least 5 days prior to the mee ng. (iv) The above all documents are required to be forwarded to the Chairman/Members of the Expert Appraisal Commi ee along with so copy.
2 All the documents including the hard copy of the presenta on material should be legible and printed on both sides on ordinary paper. In case the members of the Expert Appraisal Commi ee do not receive the proposals/documents before the mee ng, the Commi ee will not consider the project.
3 The Project Proponent or his or her authorized representa ve /consultant should avoid delivery of documents by hand and seeking mee ng with Chairman/Members. Members are also requested to discourage/ avoid the mee ng with the PP/ consultants.
4 Further, it is requested that the project proponent or his/her authorized representa ve should a end the presenta on mee ng of EAC. They may also depute senior officers from the company (preferably not more than two representa ves) who can make a presenta on on their behalf on the salient features of the project, the related environmental issues, proposed Environmental Management Plan and also respond to the queries/sugges ons of the Commi ee.
5 Any changes/modifica on with respect to the Agenda, Venue etc., would be indicated in Ministry’s website. You are also requested to keep track of the status of your project from the Ministry/s Website i.e., www.envfor.nic.in / www.envclearance.nic.in.
