Practical Information

Travel information It is possible to travel by plane to via different airports in ; Billund, Aarhus and . Most travel by plane to Billund or Copenhagen.

Getting from to Aarhus: You can take the train or bus directly from Copenhagen Air- port to Aarhus Train station. The trip takes 4 hours. It is possible to buy the train ticket at the airport right be- fore the entrance to the train station. You can also buy the train ticket online at www.dsb.dk. The ticket cost about 400 kr. The bus costs about 200 kr. and has to be bought online at www.flixbus.com.

Getting from to Aarhus: You can take the bus directly from Billund Airport to Aarhus train station. The trip takes about 75 minutes. You have to buy the ticket in the bus. It cost about 150 kr.

Getting from to Aarhus: You can take a bus from the airport to Aarhus center, it takes about 1 hour. You have to buy the tickets in the bus. It costs about 120 kr.

Where to stay in Aarhus In Aarhus, there are many possibilities of accommodation. Here is a list compiled by Visit Aarhus: http://www.visitaarhus.com/ln-int/denmark/hotels-and-inns-in-aarhus.

As our Campus is located in the city center about 1 kilometer from Aarhus train station, we recommend you choose a hotel near the center. The address for our campus is Ceresbyen 24, 8000 Aarhus C.

The price range can vary greatly from each hotel. Please make your own reservation/booking.

Getting around Aarhus: If you stay in the center of Aarhus during the staff week, you can walk to most places around Aarhus and public transportation will not be necessary. You are though welcome to try our city bikes, which are located around the city. They cost 20 Danish crowns to use, which is returned once you are done with the bike.
