1. Title of the practice : “Advocate Humanity and Strengthen Nationality -- CELL”

2. Goals: 1) To encourage and stimulate the skills of organising activities among the student community; 2) To ensure awareness and encourage involvement of students in understanding and resolving social, economic and political issues; 3) To promote teamwork and creativity among the student community. In the initial year an interaction with the eminent scholars, academicians and activists had been planned to cultivate better values. ARRA cell is seen as a holistic approach for the development of the students.

3. Practice: 1) The ARRA Cell constituted at CES first of its kind in Goa. It was decided that the membership should be given to all regular students of the college. At the beginning of every academic year the student members shall be enrolled and the Executive Committee and the Organising Committee shall be constituted.
