INTRODUCTION

Help Me Grow is a system of support for pregnant women, caregivers with new babies, and families with young children with developmental delays and disabilities.

The System of Supports includes Early Intervention and Home Visiting services. Our Central Intake process is the central point of contact for families and referral sources such as doctor’s offices, child- care centers and social service agencies, to contact the HMG Central Intake line. Families can also call into the referral line and refer for their family.

This directory is not meant to reflect a complete catalog of all services and resources that may be available, but capture a significant number and variety of services available in our community. Families and professionals who would like more information about these Help Me Grow programs and services may contact Central Intake at: Phone: (740) 371-3322 or (800) 755-GROW Fax: General/HEA Forms Hospital/Medical Providers (855) 418-3322 (855) 318-3322
