Dear NCTC Members:
Sinclair is pleased to inform you that it recently entered into a FOX network affiliation agreement with Fox Broadcasting Company, LLC with respect to the five television broadcast stations listed below:

Accordingly, as of the date set forth in the chart above, the applicable Sinclair station will be the primary Fox-affiliate in the applicable DMA. Beginning on the date set forth above, Operator must begin paying for its carriage of the above listed program streams at the monthly per subscriber fee applicable to Operator’s carriage of Fox affiliated program streams.
For your convenience, attached as Exhibit A hereto, please find a chart setting forth, for each of the above listed stations, (i) the previous channel lineup for such station, and (ii) the channel lineup became effective January 1, 2021 (or January 7, 2021, in the case of WSYX).
Please note, in an effort to ease the transition for over-the-air viewers, the current Fox- affiliate in above listed DMAs will simulcast Sinclair-Fox affiliate for a period of thirty days commencing as of the effective date listed above. Nevertheless, during this 30-day period, Operator should retransmit the above listed program streams from the Sinclair station and remit payment to Sinclair.
