RSI 11 COMMUNICATIONS WITH COMPETITORS RSI 11.1 Notices to competitors will be posted on the official notice board located at the Regatta Park Race Office and on line at www.sailing.org/worldcup/onb.php. A jury notice board will be located at the US Sailing Centre. RSI 11.2 Signals ashore will be displayed on flagpole(s) located at the Regatta Park Race Office, except for the Men’s and Women’s Windsurfer which will be displayed at Coconut Grove Sailing Centre. RSI 11.3 The first briefing for coaches and sailors will take place on Monday 23 January at 17:00h in the Coral Reef Yacht Club. There will be a daily morning meeting with team leaders & Coaches, starting on Wednesday 25 January, at 0800 in the US Sailing Center. RSI 11.4 When flag AP is displayed ashore, ‘1 minute’ in RRS Race Signals AP is replaced with “not less than 60 minutes”. RSI 11.5 [SP] Flag D displayed ashore with one sound means: ‘the warning signal will be made not less than 60 minutes after flag D is displayed.’ Boats shall not leave the harbour or the beach until this signal is made. RSI 15.3 Offset marks will be Red sphere. RSI 15.4 Marks S1, S2, and S3 will be Yellow tetrahedrons. RSI 15.5 The starting and finishing line marks will be race committee vessels or inflatable marks. RSI 20 PROTESTS, PENALTIES AND REQUESTS FOR REDRESS RSI 20.1 For fleets racing in all areas, the protest time limit is 90 minutes after the last boat has finished the last race of the day or 90 minutes after AP over A or N is displayed. RSI 20.2 If RRS Appendix N1.4(b) applies, the time limit for requesting a hearing under that rule is 30 minutes after the party was informed of the panel’s decision.
