Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. First US edition, first printing. A very good plus book, with light foxing to the pastedowns, endpages and textblock edges. There is a bit of wear to the lower corners, one of which has been lightly tapped. The red boards are slightly faded at the top edge and there is a tiny bookplate on the front end page (smallest I've ever seen). The dustjacket has some foxing and staining on the reverse side (verso) but none of this is visible from the front. There is some edgewear, including a few closed tears. On the lower spine tip, there is a closed tear a little longer than 1" (with associated crease) and a shorter one at the bottom of the rear panel (also with a crease mark). The colored title is mildly faded on the spine. Here is the thing: in spite of all this, the jacket presents as near fine from the exterior (under mylar), but taking all in all, is really only about very good. CHASE. Koontz, Dean ( Dwyer, K.
