About the Conference:

(May all be prosperous and happy, May all be free from illness, May all see what is spiritually uplifting May no one suffer.)

Indian culture is not only limited to human life but it extends to all living things. At present, the human values poor people are diminishing day by day on the other hand the nation is prospering at the cost of poor. It is necessary to restore a happy life to all. Ignorance of Law is one of the root cause of Human Rights Violation. The ultimate solution to the current problem is to provide compulsory free quality education to all young generation and to be extended to higher education. One of the way to minimize the discrimination in education is to implementation of virtual education system. The Virtual form of higher education ease to sort out several problems like transportation, migration, unemployment, capitation, regional imbalance, discrimination on the basis of caste religion, educational scams, difficulty to securing admission in colleges, language problem, Standard of the institution, sexual harassment, ragging, and minimizing the Government exchequer. This is new concept of ‘One University run by the Government of India’ directly linked to Students, eliminate to all middle men and its functioning through direct supervision. It extends covering all the courses as much as possible in the initial stage by adopting different techniques and modules like Science, Social Science, Engineering and so on. It gives a free choice to all the youth to select the courses offered for their admission.

The Animal slaughter to be considered abhorrent, dastardly and barbarous. "The animals have the basic rights like human being and we do not recognize the same. The animals

3 and birds breath like us. They are creation of nature. They have a right to live in harmony like others.” To protect the breeds, it is necessary to prohibit the slaughter of calf, cows and other petty animals. Even the Directive principles of Constitution of India prohibits the slaughtering of animal, birds etc for the protection of environment. The Government is serious only for cutting the trees but it is not so serious about the animals as it is equally important in the eye of law.

It is challenge before Indian society to free from the evils of tobacco and liquor addiction. The State has enacted several laws and policies to curb. But in reality, it remains on paper due to lack of effective implementation. It largely effect individual health.

The Conference focus on the above mentioned issues to find a solution. We have to study in deep and necessary changes be brought to suit Indian temperament.
