Police believe the suspect, a black male, is a member of the Felony Lane Gang. The gang is known to steal from vehicles and stores, in addition to making fraudulent charges on victims’ credit cards. Ryan McClain with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department said a credit card stolen locally was used in a Westfield Kroger and then used in Virginia.
