The ITF will donate its share of the gate from upcoming Davis Cup and Fed Cup World Group matches to assist young people in the affected nations. As both Davis Cup and Fed Cup were founded to foster friendship and cooperation among nations through sport, the ITF Board felt that it was entirely appropriate that these competitions would make a significant contribution to the worldwide tsunami relief efforts.
