(the “Issuer”) in denominations of €200,000 and integral multiples of €1,000 in excess thereof, up to (and including) €399,000. The Issue Price of the Notes is 100.0 per cent. The Notes will bear interest at their Outstanding Principal Amount (as defined in Condition 2 (Definitions and Interpretation) of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Conditions” and, each of them, a “Condition”), on a non-cumulative basis subject to cancellation as described below, semi-annually in arrear on 16 May and 16 November in each year (each, an “Interest Payment Date”).
