The demanded land in forest century having area of 160 meter X 12.5 meter is a part of Road which is presently being used by pilgrims for visiting Jatashankar Mahadev temple, Sheshavan jain temple, Maa Ambaji Temple, Dattatreya temple and other temple located on the Gimar hill. This pathway paft is being used by the Pilgrims to Visit temples on Girnar hill by stairs. Every year approx 40 lakhs pilgrims visited Junagadh Gimar Taleti for offering their prayers to God and visit Girnar hills temples like Sheshavan, Jatashankar Mahadev uses this pathway. Also every Saturday, Sunday, public holidays large no of devotees visits Jatashankar Mahadev temple by uses this pathways which is the only way to reach Jatashankar Mahadev temple stairs. Ropeway project is also introduced by gol,t of Gujarat in century area which is Suppose to open for public in2Otg. Hence a huge rush of ropeway traffic as well as pilgrims visiting Jatashankar temple, Sheshavan will occur in normal days and weekends, festival season which can lead public inconvenience , administration problems,, emergency stations like stampedes etc. Demanded patch of land will be used for making the concrete road which will be used by the pedestrian's pilgrims & Battery operated vehicle to reach Jatashankar temple and ropeway station. As per A. Specific Conditions (XI) in Environment clearance accorded by Gora of India on 9 th sep 2016 for construction of Girnar ropeway. Battery operated vehicle will be operated up to ropeway stations from Vehicle parking situated outside century. In the larger public interest this Project (Making Concrete road in the forest area of 160 meter x 12.5 Meter ) is required for maneuvering safe and collision free smooth traffic flow in bhavnath area during Normal days, Weekends days, Public holidays, festival like "Parikrama" and most popular " Shiwatri Mela" when a lots of pilgrims visit to fulfill their credence. There is no alternative route / road for diverting mass traffi c-fl ow. There for we justified for this location. If permission for making concrete road will be accorded it will be used only for road traffrc neither uses for any kind of personal Municipal corporation occupancy. There is hardly an aspect of tourism which does not have some geographical implications or barely any branch which does not have any contribution in making the study of the phenomenon of tourism possible. Within the spatial tradition, geographers has emphasised the tendency for destination to evolve and decline in relation to the market (an economic approach) and the resources of a region (the physical approach) (e.g. Butler 1980; Pearce 1992)1. Geographical peculiarities, economic richness & religious & social institutions have all combined to produce the diversity which strikes every visitor to Gujarat. The spatial traditions emphasises the production of tourism development plans that are based on the natural resources of a region and on the capacity of sites to withstand tourism infrastructure. In fact such plans provide valuable insights into potential natural resource capacities and travel patterns that occur within a region. Sometimes we often fail to give attention to the social and cultural attributes of a destination. The Gujarat’s spatial variations have great opportunities for tourism development. Its physical environment especially the elements of climate, terrain, landscape, vegetation and water (lakes, rivers, ocean etc.), hardly needs to be stressed and physical geography has much to contribute in this area of study of tourism and planning especially for the state like Gujarat. The needed features such as well developed transportation routes (road, railways and airways), location factors of tourism facilities such as hill and plateau resorts, multi-star hotels, world class restaurants and other aspects of spatial organization.
