It is a process of continuous feedback from every section of a manufacturing system and assists in reducing errors from any business process by detecting and understanding the process. It is a structured approach of doing business (Wallach, 2011). helps the employees to perform in an organised way, and ultimately it helps to maximize the customer satisfaction. This report is done to explain the contribution of Kaoru Ishikawa in the field of Total Quality Management. Kaoru Ishikawa was one of the TQM concept gurus and inventor of fish bone diagram which includes and cause and effect diagram. Ishikawa was born in , July 13 in the year 1915.
