Candidates who hold dual citizenship with any other country are eligible. They must, however, be normally resident in the US and have lived in the US before they started their undergraduate degree.

Candidates are only allowed to apply for either the one year or the two year Marshall Scholarship. Any candidate found applying for both will automatically be disqualified.
