The LGBT+ hubs will provide a safe environment where individuals can attend for support, advice, guidance and to report homophobic hate incidents and hate crimes. Each hub will also organise annual LGBT+ awareness and equality days in their area to promote tolerance and understanding within the local community. The project includes the purchase of a minibus to enable people from more remote areas to attend. Carmarthenshire CETMA Ltd CETMA Ltd in Carmarthenshire will help promote the mental health wellbeing of the community, by running workshops to increase confidence and reduce isolation of local residents. £9,800 will fund room hire, marketing, volunteer and staff costs, equipment, office supplies, events, and training. Ceredigion Cwmni Urdd The project will use the £300,000 Gobaith Cymru grant transform the infrastructure at Gwersyll yr Urdd, , to create a modernised and flexible activity centre. This will include new accommodation, a new kitchen and dining hall to seat 250 with flexibility as a multi-use hall, a digital hub, multi-use hall and cultural hub, a new reception and welcome point, and new social and outdoor teaching areas.

Denbighshire Rhyl Men's Shed The grant of £90,582 will support the development of Rhyl Men's Shed, Rhyl Women's Shed and will pilot a Kid's Shed. The Shed's provide activities to reduce isolation, increase wellbeing as well as undertaking community benefit projects. New activities include training volunteers to become community champions to engage and consult with those who are hardest to reach. The Kid's Shed will provide activities to learn skills, reduce anti- social behaviour, will work with those at risk of offending and exclusion.

Gwynedd Y Dref Werdd £499,220 Y Dref Werdd will establish a centre in Blaenau Ffestiniog that will provide convenient access for the community, particularly those that are vulnerable, to the services that will enable them to overcome problems such as health and wellbeing, poverty and employment skills. The local environment and habitats will also be improved, with the local community gaining an understanding about their importance, learning new skills and taking advantage of volunteering opportunities. 3,000 people will take part in activities over a four year period.

Powys Ponthafren Grant £498,921 Ponthafren Association Association will deliver the Ponthafren Empowering, Inspiring, Education project which will build on learning from the current programme of counselling and 121 recovery by enhancing its new pathway approach. It will also establish a space in to deliver services. The project will support between 1200- 1425 people with mental health issues; and 40 volunteers will gain confidence and skills, in the areas of Welshpool, Newtown and Llanidloes.
