The hospitality and gratitude that they have demostrated in providing their opinions with regard to the results and impacts that have been accomplished by the Project to date have been critical for the preparation of this report. In particular, the author would like to thank Yoko Ebisawa, Project Manager and Sherry Frederick, Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst from the Project Management Unit at the UNDP Barbados and OECS Country Office and Kurt Prospere and Sharon Legiman, National Focal Points for St. Lucia and Suriname for their valuable contribution, as well as to the rest of members of the Project Management Unit (Donna Gittens, Neisha Manickchand, Penny Bowen, Karen Drayton and Danielle Alleyne) who have taken time to discuss different aspects of the project implementtion and have provided all of the requested information. The author would also like to thank Chisa Mikami, Deputy Resident Representative of the UNDP Barbados and OECS Country office who participated actively in the design of the J-CCCP Prodoc and Armstrong Alexis, Deputy Resident Representative at the UNDP office in Suriname for sharing theirviews on the progress of the Project, its main achievements and the strategy that has been developed to complete the pending activities.
