Papillon Limited Common Use Area Recommended Plant List The plants on this list are considered well adapted for our local landscapes. This plant list serves as a guide to assist in the plant selections for use in limited common areas. It is not intended to be the sole source for plant selections. Nor will every plant on the list thrive in every condition. Micro climate should be considered when choose plant types. Small trees and accent plants may be used when placed so that maximum height and spread do not interfer with any building structures including walls, roofs, gutters, etc. All plant material considered as shrubs must be maintained at 5' or less. Plants not regularly maintained may be removed at owners expense. All trees and plants shall not touch the building or roof. Access for building maintenance must be considered. Hardwood mulch is encouraged, see color choice at gate entry. Stone or gravel is not allowed. All plans must be submitted to the Board for written pre-approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for response.
