-to-Bank Transfers Step 1: Enroll for Bank- to-Bank Transfers The first time you go to the “Bank-to-Bank Transfers” tab you will be asked to enroll and agree to the terms. You will be directed to enroll an account for Bank-to-Bank Transfers.

Step 2: Add Account You may enroll up to three external accounts for Bank-to-Bank transfers. You will need the account number, routing number, name of the (not Alpine Bank) and the name on the account. Click “Submit”.

Step 3: One-Time Passcode Authentication Once you click “Submit”, you will be prompted for a “One- Time Passcode Authentication.” A passcode will be texted to the phone number we have on file for you. Enter the passcode from the text into your and click “Submit”. This will verify that you are the authorized person to add this account. Step 4: Verification Amounts Within 2-3 days you will receive two penny transactions () into your non-Alpine account. Upon receipt of the credits, log into your Alpine Online Banking and select Bank- to-Bank Transfers, and then Enrolled Accounts. Enter each penny transaction and click "Submit". Under “Enrolled Accounts” you will see a list of the accounts you have set up for Bank-to- Bank transfers. You may edit or delete them at any time. We recommend that you edit the “Alias” of your account so that it is easy to tell which account(s) are Alpine Bank accounts and which accounts are for another financial institution. Step 6: Make Transfers To set up a Bank-to-Bank Transfer select the “Alpine Online” tab and then “Bank-to-Bank Transfers” in the sub menu. Select accounts to transfer funds from and to, enter a transfer amount, choose a frequency (if applicable), the transfer date and a transfer memo (optional). Then “Submit”.
