"ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﮫ أن ﯾﻠﺤﻖ ﻣﺰﯾﺪًا ﻣﻦ اﻵﻻم اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺔ اﻷوﻟﯿﺔ ﺑﻘﯿﻤﺔ ٣٠٠ ﻣﻠﯿﻮن اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ اﻟﻨﺎﺋﯿﺔ ، ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﺎل ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﺎطﻖ أﺧﺮى ﻣﻦ اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ. ﺑﺰﻣﻼﺋﮭﻢ اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﯿﻦ اﻟﺬﯾﻦ إﻣﺎ ﯾﻌﻤﻠﻮن أن ﻧﺘﺒﻨﻰ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﻏﺎز اﻟﻄﮭﻲ ﻧﺎﯾﺮا ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻓﯿﻜﺎ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ إﻧﮫ ﯾﺘﻤﺎﺷﻰ ﻣﻊ رؤﯾﺔ إدارﺗﮫ ﻛﺄﺻﺪﻗﺎء ﻟﺒﯿﺌﺘﻨﺎ. ﻧﺎﯾﺮا ﻓﻲ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﻓﯿﻜﺎ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ إﻧﮫ ﯾﺘﻤﺎﺷﻰ ﻣﻊ رؤﯾﺔ إدارﺗﮫ ﻗﺎل ﻣﻨﺴﻖ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ، اﻟﺴﯿﺪ دﯾﻔﯿﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻚ اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ أو ﯾﺤﺮﻣﮭﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎل ﻣﻨﺴﻖ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ، اﻟﺴﯿﺪ دﯾﻔﯿﺪ اﻟﻤﺰاﯾﺎ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻮﻓﺮھﺎ ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ، ، وﻗﺪ وﻗﺪ ﺗﻢ ﺗﻢ إﻧﺸﺎء إﻧﺸﺎء اﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ اﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻨﺎء ﺑﻨﺎء ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﺻﺤﯿﺔ ﺻﺤﯿﺔ أوﻟﯿﺔ أوﻟﯿﺔ أﯾﺘﺎﻧﻮم ، إن اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻗﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻨﺎء ﻗﺪ ﯾﺒﺪو ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﺘﻠﻮث اﻟﻤﺤﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ رﯾﻠﻮﻣﻲ ﺗﺸﺎرﯾﺘﺎﺑﻮل واﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺟﻨﺎح ﻣﻦ ١٧٨ ًﺟﻨﺎﺣﺎ أﯾﺘﺎﻧﻮم ، إن اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻗﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻨﺎء أﺳﺎس ﯾﻮﻣﻲ ،" ً ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ رﯾﻠﻮﻣﻲ ﺗﺸﺎرﯾﺘﺎﺑﻮل واﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﺟﻨﺎح ﻣﻦ ١٧٨ ًﺟﻨﺎﺣﺎ اﻟﻘﺪرات ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ اﻟﺼﺤﯿﯿﻦ اﻟﺬﯾﻦ وﻗﺎل: "إﺣﺪى ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ اﻟﺤﯿﻮﯾﺔ ﺧﻼل اﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺤﻄﺐ ﺿﺌﯿﻼ ، ﻟﻜﻨﮫ ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺘﺮاك ﻣﻊ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺒﺘﺮول اﻟﻮطﻨﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ ، وﻗﺎل إن ٥٣ اﻟﻘﺪرات ﻟﻠﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ اﻟﺼﺤﯿﯿﻦ اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﯾﻔﺎﻗﻢ اﻟﺒﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ أﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺤﺪث ﺑﺎﻻﺷﺘﺮاك ﻣﻊ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺒﺘﺮول اﻟﻮطﻨﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ ، وﻗﺎل إن ٥٣ ﺳﯿﺪﯾﺮون اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ، ًووﻓﻘﺎ ﻟـ أﯾﺘﻨﻮم ، (BRT)اﺣﺘﺠﺎج ھﻲ ﺣﺎﻓﻼت إﻧﺪﺳﺎس: اﻟﻨﻘﻞ اﻟﺴﺮﯾﻊاﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ وﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺷﻞ (NNPC) اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ ًﻣﺮﻓﻘﺎ ًﺻﺤﯿﺎ ﺗﺨﻀﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﻟﻠﺘﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﺳﯿﺪﯾﺮون اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ، ًووﻓﻘﺎ ﻟـ أﯾﺘﻨﻮم ، اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻮﻓﺮ ﺳﮭﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ ﻟﻌﻤﺎل ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎت اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ. وﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﺷﻞ (NNPC) اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺔ ًﻣﺮﻓﻘﺎ ًﺻﺤﯿﺎ ﺗﺨﻀﻊ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﻟﻠﺘﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﯾﻀﻢ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﺔ ، ﺗﺪﯾﻦ ﻻﻏﻮس ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﺪﻣﯿﺮ أﺳﺎس ﯾﻮﻣﻲ.اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻟﻸﻋﻤﺎل .(SDPC) ﻟﺘﻄﻮﯾﺮ اﻟﺒﺘﺮول وإﻋﺎدة اﻟﺒﻨﺎء ، ودﻋﺎ اﻟﻨﺴﺎء اﻟﺤﻮاﻣﻞ ﯾﻀﻢ وﺻﯿﺪﻟﯿﺔ ،اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻣﻜﺘﺐ وﻋﻨﺎﺑﺮ اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﺔﻟﻠﺮﺟﺎل ، واﻟﻨﺴﺎء ، اﻟﺘﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺪى اﻟﻄﻮﯾﻞ ﺳﯿﺴﮭﻢ ﻓﻲ .(SDPC) ﻟﺘﻄﻮﯾﺮ اﻟﺒﺘﺮول ﻓﻲ وإﻋﺎدة اﻟﺒﻨﺎءاﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ، إﻟﻰ ودﻋﺎ رﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻨﺴﺎء اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ ﻣﻦاﻟﺤﻮاﻣﻞ وﺻﯿﺪﻟﯿﺔ ، وﻋﻨﺎﺑﺮ ﻟﻠﺮﺟﺎل واﻟﻨﺴﺎء ، اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ واﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ إﺗﻼف طﺒﻘﺔ اﻷوزون وﯾﺆدي إﻟﻰ وﻗﺎل اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﻣﻤﺜﻼً ﺑﺎﻟﺴﯿﺪ ﺣﻤﯿﺪو وﻏﺮﻓﺔ طﻮارئ ، ﻏﺮﻓﺘﺎن وﻗﺎل اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻆ ﻣﻤﺜﻼً ﺑﺎﻟﺴﯿﺪ ﺣﻤﯿﺪو ﻓﻲ أﺟﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔﺗﻘﻠﯿﻞ إﻟﻰ ﺣﺎﻻت رﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻹﻣﻼص.اﻟﻤﺮاﻓﻖ ﻣﻦ وﻏﺮﻓﺔ طﻮارئ ، ﻏﺮﻓﺘﺎن أداﻧﺖ ﺣﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﻄﻼب اﻟﺘﻘﺪﻣﯿﺔ اﻻﺣﺘﺒﺎس اﻟﺤﺮاري. ﻛﻤﺎ أن ﻗﻄﻊ اﻟﺤﺎج اﻟﺴﻜﺮﺗﯿﺮ اﻟﺪاﺋﻢ ﺑﻮزارة اﻟﺼﺤﺔ أﺟﻞ ﺗﻘﻠﯿﻞ ﺣﺎﻻت اﻹﻣﻼص. اﺳﺘﺸﺎرﯾﺘﺎن ، ﻏﺮف إدارة وﺣﺴﺎﺑﺎت وھﻲ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﺔ طﻼﺑﯿﺔ ، (PSM) اﻷﺷﺠﺎر اﻟﻤﺘﮭﻮر ﻹﺷﻌﺎل اﻟﻨﺎر ﻟﮫ اﻟﺤﺎج اﻟﺴﻜﺮﺗﯿﺮ اﻟﺪاﺋﻢ ﺑﻮزارة اﻟﺼﺤﺔ اﺳﺘﺸﺎرﯾﺘﺎن ، ﻏﺮف إدارة وﺣﺴﺎﺑﺎت أﻓﺮﯾﻘﯿﺔ ، ﺑﻌﺒﺎرات ﻗﻮﯾﺔ اﻟﺘﺪﻣﯿﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ ، إن اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﺳﯿﻌﺰز وﺷﻜﺮ ﺑﻮﻧﻲ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ وﺷﺮﻛﺎﺋﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ، ﻏﺮف ﻣﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻮﻻدة ، وﻏﺮف اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻟﻠﺸﺮﻛﺎت واﻟﻤﻤﺘﻠﻜﺎت اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺿﺎر ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﯿﺌﺔ. ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻻﯾﺔ ، إن اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ﺳﯿﻌﺰز وﺷﻜﺮ ﺑﻮﻧﻲ اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ وﺷﺮﻛﺎﺋﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ، ﻏﺮف اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺎتﻣﺎ ، ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻮﻻدة ،واﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻼت وﻏﺮف واﻟﻤﻠﻔﺎت. واﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ أﻧﺤﺎء اﻟﺒﻼد. وﻗﺎل: "ﻣﻊ ﻧﻤﻮ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻌﺎت ، ﯾﺠﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺎت ، واﻟﺘﺴﺠﯿﻼت واﻟﻤﻠﻔﺎت. اﻟﺴﯿﺪ ﺑﯿﺴﺘﻤﺎن ، PSM ﻗﺎل رﺋﯿﺲ ﻋﻠﯿﻨﺎ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد وﺗﺒﻨﻲ وﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺻﺪﯾﻘﺔ أوﻛﯿﺮﯾﺌﻔﻮ ، ھﺬا ﻓﻲ ﺑﯿﺎن أﺗﯿﺢ ﻟـ اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ اﻟﻔﯿﺪراﻟﯿﺔ ﺗﻀﻤﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﻟـﺴﯿﻮاس ﺟﺰﯾﺮة ﻧﯿﺠﯿﺮﯾﺎ ﻓﻲ إﯾﻨﻮﻏﻮن ﯾﻮم ﻟﻠﺒﯿﺌﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﯿﺎم ﺑﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻧﻔﻌﻠﮫ ﻛﻤﺴﺎھﻤﺔ اﻟﺨﻤﯿﺲ. ًوﻓﻘﺎ ﻟـ أوﻛﯿﺮﯾﺌﻔﻮ ، ﺳﯿﺆﺛﺮ ﻣﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺔ ﺑﯿﺌﺘﻨﺎ ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ﺗﻘﻮلﺗﻘﻮل وزارةوزارة اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﺔاﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﺔ واﻟﺘﺠﺎرةواﻟﺘﺠﺎرة طﻼبطﻼب اﻟﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎتاﻟﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎت اﻟﮭﻨﺪﺳﯿﺔاﻟﮭﻨﺪﺳﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔواﻟﺘﻘﻨﯿﺔ ﻛﺎﻛﺎ ٍٍفف ﻣﻊﻣﻊ ﻣﺮاﻋﺎةﻣﺮاﻋﺎة ﻓﺎﺋﺪﺗﮫﻓﺎﺋﺪﺗﮫ وأھﻤﯿﺘﮫوأھﻤﯿﺘﮫ ھﺬا ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺒﺎب اﻟﻨﯿﺠﯿﺮي أﻛﺜﺮ ﺣﯿﺚ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒﻞ". واﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎرواﻻﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎر اﻟﻔﯿﺪراﻟﯿﺔاﻟﻔﯿﺪراﻟﯿﺔ إﻧﮭﺎإﻧﮭﺎ ﺳﺘﻌﻤﻞﺳﺘﻌﻤﻞ ﻣﻊﻣﻊ واﻟﺤﻠﯿﻔﺔواﻟﺤﻠﯿﻔﺔ ﻣﻦﻣﻦ ذويذوي اﻟﺨﺒﺮةاﻟﺨﺒﺮة اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔاﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ ﻓﻲﻓﻲ ﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﻘﻮىاﻟﻘﻮى اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔاﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ.اﻟﻤﺤﻠﯿﺔ. أﺻﺒﺢ اﻟﻌﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﻤﻦ ﻛﺎﻧﻮا ﯾﻌﻤﻠﻮن ًﺳﺎﺑﻘﺎ اﻷذرع اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﻣﻮاﻗﻒ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺤﻘﯿﻘﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺎطﻠﯿﻦ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ. وأﺿﺎف اﻟﺸﺮع أن ﺣﺮق اﻟﻨﻔﺎﯾﺎت اﻷذرع اﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﯿﺔ ذات اﻟﺼﻠﺔ ﻟﻀﻤﺎن ﻣﻮاﻗﻒ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺤﻘﯿﻘﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﺴﻨﺖ ﻣﻨﺬ ﺗﻨﺼﯿﺐ إدارة اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺲ اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﻟﺨﻄﺔ ﺧﺒﺮة اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺤﺘﻤﻞ أن ﯾﺠﺪوھﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﺨﺮج. ﺗﺤﺴﻨﺖ ﻣﻨﺬ ﺗﻨﺼﯿﺐ إدارة اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ PSM ﻛﻤﺎ ﺣﺚ رﺋﯿﺲ واﻟﺸﺠﯿﺮات ﺳﺎھﻢ أﯾﻀﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻠﻮث اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻞ اﻟﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﻟﺨﻄﺔ ﺧﺒﺮة اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺤﺘﻤﻞ أن ﯾﺠﺪوھﺎ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﺨﺮج. ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﺨﺎري. "وھﺬا ﯾﺆدي إﻟﻰ دﻓﻊ أﺻﺤﺎب اﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻨﺎء اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﻼب (ﺳﯿﻮاس) ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺑﺨﺎري. "وھﺬا ﯾﺆدي إﻟﻰ دﻓﻊ اﻟﮭﻮاء. وﻗﺎل: "ﻣﻊ دﺧﻮﻟﻨﺎ ﻣﻮﺳﻢ اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﻼب (ﺳﯿﻮاس) ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ITF ظﮭﺮ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻂ اﻟﺬي ﯾﻨﻔﺬه اﻟـ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺒﺪﻻت ﻏﯿﺮ اﻟﻤﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﺒﺸﯿﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻼم وﻟﯿﺲ اﻟﺤﺮب إدارﺗﮭﺎ اﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟﺔ.
