Project Summary Serbia is among the largest nutrient polluters of the Danube River and enterprises, notably agro-processing and large scale livestock breeding farms are major sources of pollution. The global environment objective of the Reduction of Enterprise Nutrient Discharges Project would be to reduce nutrient pollution from hotspot enterprises located in the Republic of Serbia. This would also help the country of Serbia and Montenegro (SAM, the union of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Montenegro) meet its international commitments under the Danube River Convention. The development objective would be to reduce the negative public health, economic and amenity impact associated with water and soil pollution from enterprise pollutant discharges. The proposed project would consist of four components: (i) Regulatory Reform and Capacity Building; (ii) Investment in Industrial Nutrient Reduction (incl. fertilizer factories, agro-processors, and large-scale livestock farms); (iii) Awareness Raising and Replicability Strategy; and (iv) Project Management and Monitoring. 2. Country Ownership (a) Country Eligibility SAM has signed (2002) and ratified (2003) the Convention on Cooperation for the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Danube River (Danube Convention) (1994). -

The Life Science Valley in the Heart of Europe
Farma Industria Ticino Ticino: the life science valley in the heart of Europe The Association counts 30 member companies, with a combined workforce of over 2900 employees and a total annual turnover of approximately 2.45 Billion Swiss Francs (>80% export), accounting for approximately 8.5% of the cantonal GNP. The actual number of personnel of the companies associated with Farma Industria Ticino aver- ages at 100 employees and is therefore higher than the average associated with the entire industrial sector of Ticino. Several investments accounting nearly half billion Swiss francs were planned in Ticino from 2016 to 2018, mainly in R&D and innovation. These planned investments have been confirmed by the results of a further survey, showing also that the amount was exceeded. Representing the vast majority of the companies active in this Italian speaking part of Switzerland, FIT has a great network of know-how and access to skilled and qualified, multilingual human resources, due to its strategical and privileged geographical position that makes Ticino a natural connection between northern and southern Europe. In Ticino, the presence of world-class high schools and research institutes integrated into the enterprise system and the proximity to the Swiss and Northern Italy Universities and pharmaceutical expertise provide a significant technical, scientific, logistic and cultural asset. A main area of focus to which Farma Industria Ticino contributes with its own expertise is vocational training. A commitment also based on the constant need to discover and train future co-work- ers. The Association’s activity in this specific area hinges on the promotion of all training opportunities which are tied to careers in the sector, and targeted at new generations of technicians, organizing introductory courses aimed at young people who are serving apprenticeships in the professions of chemical laboratory technician, biology laboratory technician and manufacturing operators. -

Zoznam nehnuteľností, ktoré sú predmetom nájmu podľa tejto zmluvy je uvedený v prílohe č. 1, tvoriacej neoddeliteľnú súčasť tejto zmluvy. 2) Prenajímateľ dáva týmto nájomcovi do užívania nehnuteľnosti uvedené v odseku 1. tohto článku (ďalej len ako „predmet nájmu“), za účelom vykonávania poľnohospodárskej činnosti v rozsahu práv a povinností nájomcu so starostlivosťou riadneho hospodára podľa zákona č. 220/2004 Z.z. o ochrane a využívaní poľnohospodárskej pôdy v znení neskorších predpisov a ostatných súvisiacich platných právnych predpisov. Nájomca sa zaväzuje platiť riadne a včas dohodnuté nájomné. 3) Starostlivosťou riadneho hospodára sa rozumie súhrn práv a povinností nájomcu k pozemku ustanovených podľa osobitných právnych predpisov, ako aj ďalšie práva a povinnosti vzťahujúce sa k predmetu nájmu, ku ktorým patrí najmä udržiavanie predmetu nájmu v riadnom užívateľnom stave alebo v takom stave, aký bol dohodnutý, využívať všetky právne prostriedky na jeho ochranu a pritom dbať, aby nedošlo najmä k jeho poškodeniu, strate, zneužitiu, zmenšeniu produkčnej schopnosti alebo jeho mimoprodukčných funkcii z hľadiska ochrany životného prostredia. -

Prefeitura de Anchieta SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE SAÚDE - FMS CNPJ Nº 14.051.123/0001-66 Portaria de funcionamento das farmácias e drogarias do Município de Anchieta-ES PORTARIA nº 040, de 22 de setembro de 2020. “Estabelece a escala para funcionamento noturno e aos domingos e feriados das farmácias e drogarias do município de Anchieta-ES e da outras providências.” A Secretária de Saúde do Município de Anchieta, Estado do Espírito Santo, no uso de suas atribuições que lhe são conferidas e: Considerando a regra prevista no § 2º do art. 194 do Código de Posturas; Considerando o teor do Decreto nº 3.284/2010; Lei Municipal nº 931, DE 19 de maio de 2014, que dispõe sobre o funcionamento das farmácias e drogarias do município de Anchieta/ES. Considerando a regra prevista no parágrafo único no art. 71 da LOM. Resolve: Art. 1º Estabelecer escala dos termos do Art. 2º § 1º do Decreto Municipal nº 3.284/2010 para funcionamento de farmácias e drogarias, para o período de 16 de outubro de 2020 a 15 de abril de 2021, conforme anexo único. Art. 2º Poderá haver permuta na escala entre as empresas citadas no artigo anterior desta Portaria, desde que previamente divulgada e comunicada, via ofício, à Secretaria de Saúde do Município de Anchieta-ES. Art. 3º Nos dias e horários previstos no Art. 2º do Decreto Municipal nº 3.284/2010, as farmácias e drogarias que estiverem fechadas ficam obrigadas a afixar na parte externa do estabelecimento, em local visível ao público, escala com indicação clara e precisa do estabelecimento que está em plantão após as 22h, de segunda a sábado e aos domingos e feriados.
