The Hani Farsi Endowed Graduate Scholarship Fund is designed to give voice to the unique perspective of Arab women for the M.F.A. Degree Program in Directing for film and television at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television (UCLA TFT). The program is focused on the power of story to not only delight and entertain, but to make a difference in the world. Women from the following eligible Arab league countries are strongly encouraged to apply: Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia and the UAE.
