Practices in Society
1. Public Holidays are off (if not in retail)
2. Yearend 3-4 days and New year 4-5 days off
3. August home visiting, 3 days off (obon)
4. for making 5-7 days off throughout the company, the company can set ‘planned paid holidays’ out of the employee’s paid holidays account
