Now that you are in the park, grab your wristbands and enjoy the 25 rides at Nickelodeon Universe®. Try all the rides inspired by your favorite Nick shows such as the Fairly Odd Coaster or Spongebob Squarepants Rock Bottom Plunge, and don’t forget some of the classic rides in the park. The Log Chute is one of the only rides in the park with its original theme. You can wave to Paul Bunyan as you ride through his lumber camp or hop on the Pepsi® Orange Streak, another signature ride at the park. Remember to come back to the park at the end of the night for a light show on the South side of the park every night. Had your fill of thrilling rides? Scope out the savings at MOA® that you won’t want to miss. Minnesota is one of only four states in the United States without sales tax on clothes and shoes, allowing you to shop at the over 520 stores with some of the best prices. Pick up a Mall of America® Coupon Book at one of the Guest Services desk to save even more. Just $9.95, the coupon book contains offers from more than 250 stores, restaurants, and attraction worth over $2000 in combined savings. Enjoy a variety of retailers at MOA, from bargain shoppers all the way to the high end, luxury stores. We host some of the top global brands all under one roof, including: Michael Kors, Burberry, Stuart Weitzman, Fossil, Swarovski, and Henri Bendel, just to name a few. Enjoy lunch at one of the 50+ restaurants in the Mall, with a wide variety of culinary cuisine. From eating at the teppanyaki and watching your food be prepared before your eyes at Benihana, to dining next to the mechanical bull at Cadillac Ranch, there really is something for everyone. Connect to the free Mall- wide Wi-Fi and check out the MOA® website, or download the free mobile app to see what events are going on. Hosting more than 400 events a year, you just might stumble upon a free concert, celebrity meet and greet, or charitable fundraiser. After lunch head to level 3, East, and try your hand at The Escape Game. Choose from one of the four rooms: Mission Mars, The Heist, Prison Break, and Gold Rush. Whether you are trying to steal a famous piece of art or repair your space ship so you can return to Earth, you and your team only have 60 minutes try and escape your room. Work together to problem solve without using too many clues to break the rooms’ records and get on The Escape Game’s leaderboard. All of that problem solving calls for some brain food. Head over to level 3, East, and check out vomFASS where you will be transported to the Mediterranean through delicious dishes and recipe demonstrations. Learn about the family business behind the company that offers oils, vinegars, spices, spirits and more from halfway across the world. Perfect for brushing up on your cooking skills, learning new recipes and eating delicious food. After an evening at vomFASS, head to Level 4, East and prepare for a night of laughs. Catch a show at Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy to enjoy some of the best comedians in the Twin Cities. Past performers include comedians from Saturday Night Live, MAD TV, The Hangover and more! If all that laughter works up another appetite for you, check out their full menu during the performance or their popular happy hour afterwards for some of the best deals around. If you’re still looking for a thrill after the comedy show, head over to SMAAASH – America’s Adrenaline Arena - where you can play virtual reality games that take you to places you’ve never been before. Try Sky Karting on SMAAASH’s multi-level go kart track for unforgettable go-karting. .

This opened 78 acres of highly accessible prime real estate. The property is located only a mile and a half from the airport at the intersection of major highways. Three years later, the Bloomington Port Authority purchased the stadium site and began entertaining proposals for development. There were four major proposals given serious consideration: • Office complexes • Condominium/residential uses • New convention/visitors center • Mixed use retail/entertainment center The fourth proposal was selected, and in 1986 the Ghermezian brothers signed a historic agreement with the Bloomington Port Authority to develop the nation’s largest retail and entertainment complex.
