3 PRESENTATION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HISTORICAL NOTES OF THE RACE

LOCATION

Capoliveri, once a mining village, is now a destination for international tourism. The pretty village, located on a hill and in the center of a green peninsula, dominates the surrounding sea giving the possibility to admire wonderful views. Much of Elba, the island of Montecristo, Pianosa, the Tuscan coast and even Corsica from here can be admired in all their beauty. It almost seems that they can be touched. The UCI MTB Marathon Series International round will take place on Saturday 10 October, in which the major world interpreters of the category will take part. The Capoliveri Legend Cup 'Eleven Edition also includes the 2020 FCI MTB Marathon Italian Championship in the race program, which will crown the new Italian OPEN M / W and Master category champions.

11 COVID PREVENTION

As required by the guidelines for the resumption of group events, the White, Yellow and Green competition areas will be recognizable and marked by appropriate recognizable signs (see photo).

VARIOUS Caution: 4.1.005 UCI - The cross-country marathon events are open to all runners aged 19 and over, including the master categories. There are no separate rankings for U23 and Masters;

4.6.004 UCI - The minimum age for the UCI MTB Marathon Series is 19 years, including the Masters categories. There are no separate rankings for Under 23 and Masters;

Therefore, for the purpose of the UCI points, the classification will be unique without distinction between all the riders holding an annual license issued by a UCI recognized National Federation and who present this license at the time of registration (Article 4.6.003) in good standing with the UCI ID code. 11 digits valid;

The prize money will be as per UCI provision;

4.1.041 - During MTB trials, no electric bicycle will be allowed on the course, neither during training nor during the race.

26 PRIVACY AND PHOTO SERVICE

Each participant can decide whether or not to authorize the publication of the photo link on the Datasport website, next to their name in the ranking. The photo proofs taken during the Capoliveri Legend Cup 2020 will be available on the photo service website.

Those who have signed up so far and have not made their choice explicit will be able to do so only on their MyDS profile.
