We would need plastic romper for heavy incontinent adults, which are worn over disposable instead of plastic pants. This romper will be worn during physical therapy, rehabilitation and active exercise therapy. Therefore it is also important that the foil is transparent that the therapist can see the movement of the body and muscles.

The patient is told that the is better for the therapy and much more comfortable to wear. But in reality the suit is an airtight as an effective odor barrier for wetted diapers and easy to wipe-clean in case of a regurgitation.

Requirements:

• Transparent TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) o very high quality for long lasting usage, tearproof but also very soft! • Welded and 100% waterproof seems. • Extra durable seam in the crotch!!! This area is very stressed during therapy. • Extra wide crotch and full cut “pants-part” to cover even huge disposable diapers. • Soft and comfortable elastics in the (very high waistline) o Higher than any disposable . This acts as an additional odor barrier. • Firm and heavy folded elastics on the leg-openings (to prevent any leakage) • Full cut upper to fit buffed bodies and woman with a large bust size • Very tiny neck hole, trimmed with soft fabric ribbon or even elastics to prevent excoriation and seal in the body of the patient. o It is likely, that the wearer airs his belly during workout. So all of the vomit must be kept on the outside of the suit that it can be wiped away easily. • A little deeper cut and a bit relaxed fitted arm-holes to ensure full mobility in the arms. o The wearer is told, that this adds a little bit of ventilation to the suit, but in reality it does zero of that. The romper should be as airtight as possible. • Arm-holes also trimmed with soft fabric ribbon (again to prevent excoriation) • Extra wide shoulders as seen in the pictures to create a “ sleeve” effect. • Zipper in the back (lined with foil, to prevent staining and excoriation), much shorter as seen in the pictures – just long enough to get into the suit; perhaps as alternative design: Zipper on one shoulder? o The wearer should not be able to open the suit itself. • Printed text across the front (from of the chest to the bottom of the “pants”) as tall as possible “I am improving my fitness wearing my own genious” • and on the back (pants & back) again as tall as possible “original Physio-Suit” o both images are available as .ai file • The last letter of “Physio-suit” – the “t” wrapped around the top of the right shoulder – as seen in the pictures. • Printed notice on the right side (position: see pictures)

• Package: single packed in sealed plastic-bags.

The romper must be:

• Translucent o To have a free view to the whole body • Very comfortable to wear next to the skin. o Most of the poor patients have to wear this ugly romper without underwear that the therapist has a free view to the body. • As airtight as possible o To be an effective odor barrier made of a

• super transparent, • long lasting, • tearproof, • durable TPU foil and • 100% waterproof with welded seams to prevent any leakage • printed text on the front & back and

• look at least a little bit “stylish” o only if possible, but this is not very important. The airtightness is much more important!
