 Universal input 90-264Vac, 50/60 Hz.  Fixed switching frequency at 100KHz.  Broadband noise filter of input.  PCB mount and chassis mount.  Over load (over-current over-voltage) protection.  Short circuit protection.

 Interface support: light interface for SC, twisted pair for RJ45 interface.  Twisted-pair ports support rate and full/half duplex mode automatically.  Support automatic MDI/MDIX, need not choose cable.  Provide external dc and built-in power supply.  Maximum 1024 MAC address.  Integrated 512 kbit data storage and 802.1 X source MAC address authentication.  Support under half-duplex conflict frame detection and full duplex flow control.

 Different power supply products have different conversion efficiency.  The conversion efficiency of the same power supply varies under different working conditions.  The conversion efficiency of the common ac converter is between 70% and 90%, so the purchase of ac converter should pay attention to the power of supporting appliances, but also to calculate the conversion efficiency of the ac converter itself, according to the data selected by the use of ac converter safety.

VPS10 series of compacted size AC-DC Converter is a super small modular switching power supply, the series of modules power output power of 10W. widely used in intelligent home, high-end lighting, medical, industrial control, office and civilian industries, such as the use of electromagnetic compatibility in the more hostile environment needs to follow the reference circuit design.

Impregnation Processes INDUCTORS encapsulated

step I. Preparation of the components in the machine vats of mixture Degassing of the resin and the flexibilizer and colouring in the vats of mixture during 4horas to a pressure of 1mbar. Warm-up of the component Process of warm-up of the component and plastic before resin for 3 hours to 75o. This process will improve the penetration of the resin and it prevents that in the process of polymerization there are big differences of temperature, avoiding breaks in the plastic and ensuring the adherence of the resin with the plastic. step III. Impregnation Temperature of the mixture between 50-60o Emptiness of the cabin of impregnation

This is the process of filling of the component with the mixture of already prepared resin, the temperature of the mixture avoids contractions and the process of emptiness extracts all the air of cabin ensuring that do not remain hollow of air inside the piece, since on having treated itself about an electrical component with high tensions air residues cannot stay inside the resin, this process assures completely that do not produce air bubbles.

Once the process is completed the component will be totally protected and will assures its reliability. step V. Process of staggered dried 1st stage - 2.5 hours of duration to 80o 2nd stage - 4.5 hours of duration to 95o

step VI. Process of cooling Once finished the process of drying the components were left to cool at environment temperature before going on to the electrical controls of quality of 100 %.
