I do hereby, as agent for the troops of this state who were lately iu the service of the United States, consisting of the two regiments of infantry and the second regiment of artillery, with the general and staff officers thereof, enter their claims for the lands to which they are respectively entitled, requesting the honorable New- commissioners for granting lands in the state of York, to issue patents for the same in time convenient. Dated at New-York, the fifth of May, 1785. MICHAEL CONNOLLY, Agent as aforesaid.

I do hereby certify, that Mr. Thomas Warner was a lieutenant in the Third New-York Regiment, from the formation of that regiment until the beginning of June 1778, when he became deranged, on a reform which took place at that time, agreeably to an act of congress for that purpose. I believe the bearer, late Lieut.
