Parman will be appointed the director of the Get Social Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC) and become the governor’s secretary of commerce on Facebook Nov. 1. conservation, Governor Mary Fallin signed a proclamation declaring October 30th Weatherization Day for the state of Oklahoma. The annual occasion focuses on raising awareness of home energy conservation measures and highlights the efforts of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).
New Rural Development Specialist for Northeast Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce has selected Darla Heller as the new Regional Development Specialist (RDS) for Northeast Oklahoma. Heller will serve a 15 county region in northeast Oklahoma and will office in the area.
