Project started on 15th March, 2012. Amount sanctioned was Rs. 173000/- 1 ii. Completed 2 (Two) year Research Project on “Sacred Groves of Murshidabad‟ (147/5k (bio)-1/2014, dt. 26/02/2014), funded by West Bengal Biodiversity Board (WBBB) as CoPI. Project started in 2015. Amount sanctioned 200000/-. b) Ongoing: i. 2 (Two) year Minor Research Project on „Documentation and Characterization of Mango Germplasm (Mangifera indica L.) and Its Pest From Murshidabad and Malda, West Bengal‟ funded by the UGC during 2016- 2018 as CoPI, [No. PSW – 160/15-16, (ERO)], ID No. WK4-002 dated 15th Nov, 2016‟ funded by the UGC during 2015- 2016. Project started on 15th Nov, 2016. Amount sanctioned 328285/-. ii. 2 (Two) year Research Project „Documentation and Development of Database of indigenous Mango (Mangifera indica L.) varieties of Murshidabad and Malda districts: Towards establishment of Mango Orchard Network and ex situ conservation initiative,‟ (Memo No. 979/5K (Bio)-2017) funded by West Bengal Biodiversity Board (WBBB) as PI.
