High omega-3/low omega-6 treatment diet for AERD

The goal of this treatment diet is to decrease the intake of foods that contain Omega-6 fatty acids (which the body converts into and that cause inflammation), and increase the intake of foods that contain Omega-3 fatty acids, which are considered anti-inflammatory.
