Nacho Ruiz Head of M&A and Project Finance

Nacho is the Head of M&A and Project Finance of Dimension Renewable Energy where he leads asset monetizations and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Dimension, he was Managing Director of Rubicon Capital Advisors where he sold renewable energy projects ranging from community solar to large utility-scale across the US. Prior to 2018, he was Executive Director of Cubico Sustainable Investments where he led the origination and execution of utility scale solar projects in Mexico and the US totaling 1 GW. In 2015, Nacho led the due diligence process in the Americas for the sale of a 1.5 GW wind and solar platform from Santander Bank to PSP and OTPP that led to the creation of Cubico. Prior to 2015, Nacho was a VP of Santander Bank Asset & Capital Structuring, covering equity and tax equity investments in renewable energy totaling 1GW of renewable energy projects across the US.
