The Webinar started with a Inaugural Speech by the Chairperson of the organizing committee and Principal of Dhakuakhana College, Dr. Jugananda Sut, who gave importance on promotion, creation, protection & enforcement of the Intellectual Property Rights amongst various stakeholders.
