French Market brings a touch of Paris to Sligo One of the many attractions as part of the Sligo Lúnasa Festival is the French Market in the town centre on Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th August Rockwood Parade will be the focus for the invasion of the French which will feature the best in native French produce. It will provide a touch of Paris to downtown Sligo. Shoppers will be spoilt with a selection of Brittany biscuits, sweets and candles, savoury crepes, oriental pattisseries and dried fruits, together with continental style pick and mix confectionary.
