The Washington State University Hall-of-Fame 2003 OUTLLOK was begun in 1978. WSU President Dr. Glenn Terrell (since retired) called for the formation of the Athletic Hall-of-Fame. It is comprised solely of former WSU athletes, coaches and administrators. Nominations are accepted from the general public each spring, and the WSU Athletic Hall-of-Fame Council votes
