NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 29 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING ACT, 2001

APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF SUITABILITY IN TERMS OF SECTION 78 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING ACT 2001, (Act No.2 OF 2001), AS AMENDED.

Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended ("the Act"), that the North West Gambling Board ("the Board") received an application for a Certificate of Suitability from Dementor Surveillance Er Security CC, a company contracted to do surveillance installations for Galaxy Bingo North West in Brits.

Dementor Surveillance Er Security CC lodged the applicationin terms of the provisions of section 78 of the Act, which states that "The Board may prohibit a licensee from contracting with any supplier for the purchase of goods or services in terms of this Act, including the rental of premises, or with any lender, until such supplier or lender has obtained a certificate of suitability from the Board and paid the expenses of the Board relative thereto'.
