We are fired up to introduce you to our approach here at the . It’s not just about winning games on Sundays — it’s about an attitude! Our entire program is built around the central theme of competition. We are in a relentless pursuit of finding a competitive edge in everything we do. Our coaches, players, and staff compete daily to find their best and do things better than they have ever been done before .

What do you think of when you hear the word “competition”? To us, competition means striving for something, not against someone . Every day we are striving for excellence, striving to find our best. It’s not about winning! It’s about competing for excellence! And it doesn’t matter what we just did — it’s what we do now that counts!

With this playbook we will introduce you to what it means to compete and invite you to think about what you are competing or striving for personally, at school, at home and in your community, and how to stay connected to that every day .

You already have unique talents and skills . Now it’s about competing every day to be the best you and let those gifts come to life! Compete to be the greatest version of yourself, and that will always be enough!

As you begin this journey, we hope you will “tap in.” Around our practice facility and in the locker room at CenturyLink Field, you will see “I’m In” signs that players tap before practices and games as a reminder of their commitment to compete to be their best . So, we challenge you to join us and tap your own “I’m In” sign as you strive for excellence on a daily basis . Go Hawks! I’M IN coloring page. The Seahawks have this sign above doorways when they enter the field and players traditionally tap it to acknowledge they are individually part of the team. Are you in?

Go Hawks! Seahawks Values coloring page Learn to speak in the affirmative to create positive outcomes . Seahawks Matchup The challenge is to match up the Seahawks player, Legend or coach with their interest . How many can you guess right?
