4:30 AM: Two 56 passenger motorcoaches arrive at Mattawan High School, 56720 Murray, Mattawan, MI 49071 (269-668-3361) for loading
5:00 AM: Depart from Mattawan High School aboard your MOTORCOACHES provided by INDIAN TRAILS (989-725-5105 / 800-292-3831 option #2, ext. 223) for the airport (2.5 hrs allotted for the drive, minus one for the time change)
6:30 AM: CENTRAL TIME- Arrive at the Chicago Midway Airport and check-in
8:20 AM: Depart on SOUTHWEST AIRLINES FLIGHT #1312 to Orlando (75 seats confirmed)
11:55 AM: EASTERN TIME- Arrive at the Orlando Airport. Since you will not have any checked luggage/instruments proceed immediately to the Location TBD to meet your TOUR MANAGER.
12:30 PM: Meet your TWO 56 passenger LOCAL MOTORCOACHES provided by MCA TRANSPORTATION (407-226-2256) and depart for the hotel
1:30 PM: Arrive at the EMBASSY SUITES ORLANDO LBV, 8100 Lake St., Orlando, FL 34746 (407-597-5132) (please note your rooms will not be ready upon arrival but the hotel will allow you to use the amenities)

8:30 AM: Depart by coach for the MAGIC KINGDOM - Once upon a time comes to life in seven whimsical lands of fun and adventure
Performers will be on four motorcoaches with their uniforms stowed for the performance.

12:00 PM: Meet your Disney Performing Arts OnStage Guest Talent Coordinator by the FRONTIERLAND PARADE GATE, located to the left of “Splash Mountain”.
1:30 PM: PERFORMANCE CONFIRMED for the Marching Band at the “Disney Festival of Fantasy” Pre-parade. A marching performance leading off the daytime parade in the Magic Kingdom.
After your performance, return your instruments to your equipment trailer and enjoy MAGIC KINGDOM
DISNEY MEAL COUPON PROVIDED for dinner
9:00 PM: Enjoy Happily Ever After– Gather in front of Cinderella’s castle as it’s transformed with projections, lights, lasers, music, and fireworks. (weather permitting)
