Please take note of the following:

• Specials: R 5.00 p/km is charged based on a return trip for areas outside the Peninsula, and country areas as stated in the rates card. • Freight charges are based on volume or weight, whichever is the greater.The volume is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of the parcel (length x breadth x height in cm), and dividing by 5000 for roadfreight, and 5000 for airfreight. This is standard throughout most of the industry. • Insurance: Goods are covered by Goods in Transit (GIT) insurance only. This transit insurance covers loss through fire, forced entry, hijacking and accidents. • Tariff adjustments: We reserve the right to re-negotiate the proposed tariffs after a three-month period, should your usage not be in line with that originally indicated. • Packaging material charges: We reserve the right to charge for packaging materials used to secure consignments prior to shipping, in order to cover our costs. • Retail store deliveries: Please consult with us, as surcharges may apply.

Insurance ▪ We provide Goods in Transit Insurance at no extra charge to our client ▪ Each Vehicle is insured up to R300,000.00 and a maximum of R50,000 can be insured on one waybill. ▪ Please note that there is an excess of R1000.00 per claim. ▪ Our transit insurance only covers forcible and violent entry, fire and Hi-Jacking and damage/loss to the parcels because of this ▪ Should you require insurance of high value items and damage to your parcels which is not covered by the aforementioned terms we suggest you contactour insurers directly.
