Specifically, this funding will be used to expand our coaching offering to local schools so to further engage basketball participation within younger age groups. This programme will shortly be underway in a number of local Primary and Junior schools where Hemel Storm favourite Michael Darlow will be running coaching sessions on a weekly basis until the end of the summer term. In addition to this Lottery funding, Hemel Storm would like to thank local solicitors Underwoods for their continued commitment to our club and agreeing to support this project through the provision of additional practice clothing.
