The Division 5 meeting is held at the USCG Integrated Support Command in the Portside building.

Notes about access to the ISC facility:

Follow the directions below to the ISC main gate and If your vehicle has current DoD or Coast Guard vehicle Registration Decals AND you have current DoD or Coast Guard ID, you should proceed to the main gate for admittance to the ISC facility.

If your vehicle DOES NOT have a current set of Department of Defense or Coast Guard Registration decals you will need to stop at the pass office that is on the left just before the ISC main gate and obtain a one-day vehicle pass to be allowed to drive onto the ISC facility and therefore to the Portside building where the meeting is held.

To obtain a one-day vehicle pass, you will need your current driver’s license, your Coast Guard Auxiliary ID or another picture ID with the same address as your license, and current registration and proof of insurance for your vehicle. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to obtain the one-day pass if needed. DIRECTIONS TO USCG ISC FROM THE PENINSULA

Interstate 64 East to South to Interstate 164 towards Portsmouth (Exit 9). Take the Cedar Lane exit. Proceed straight to the stop light and turn left onto Cedar Lane. At the next stop light, turn right onto Coast Guard Boulevard. Coast Guard Boulevard ends at the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command gate. See below for directions to the Portside building. DIRECTIONS TO ISC FROM SOUTHSIDE (CHESAPEAKE AND SUFFOLK)

Interstate 64 East to Interstate 664 North to Interstate 164 towards Portsmouth (Exit 9). Take the Cedar Lane exit. Proceed straight to the stop light and turn left onto Cedar Lane. At the next stop light, turn right onto Coast Guard Boulevard. Coast Guard Boulevard ends at the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command gate. DIRECTIONS TO ISC FROM SOUTHSIDE (NORFOLK AND VIRGINIA BEACH)

Interstate 264 West to the Downtown Tunnel. After the tunnel, take Exit 7 toward Downtown Portsmouth/Naval Hospital. Take the ramp toward VA-141/Effingham Street. Stay straight to go onto Bart Street. Turn slight right onto Effingham Street/VA-141. Turn Left onto London Boulevard/VA-141 N. Merge onto US-58 East/Martin Luther King Freeway toward Midtown Tunnel/Norfolk. Turn slight left onto ramp. Merge onto Western Freeway/VA-164 West. Take the Cedar Lane exit. At the stop light, continue across Cedar Lane onto Coast Guard Boulevard. Coast Guard Boulevard ends at the Coast Guard Integrated Support Command gate. DIRECTIONS TO THE PORTSIDE BUILDING FROM THE ISC MAIN GATE

Upon passing through the ISC Main Gate, continue straight (weaving around the security barricades and staying in the right-hand lane) until you rech the last building on the left. This is the Portside building and parking is on the left before the building itself. Note: once you pass the last intersection the road becomes two-way so remember to stay in the right-hand lane until you make your left into the parking lot of the Portside building.
