Whereas, 1) Sri. A. Kalidass. S/o A. Arumugam, M/s. Kongu Electronics, 2. Smt, K. Umamaheswari, W/o A. Kalidos, Both are residing at: No.25-C, Sampath Street, 3'd Cross, Rathinapuri, Coimbatore — 641 027, 3. Smt. T. Krishnaveni, W/o. Thangamani, No.137, Dr. Alagappa Road, Narayanasamy Thotta Salai, Tatabad, Coimbatore — 641 027, had borrowed monies from the Repatriates Cooperative Finance and Development Bank Ltd., Coimbatore Gandhipuram Branch and they owe a sum of Rs.12,07,332/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two only) to the Bank as on 31.12.2019 with further interest thereon and costs.
Whereas Sri. A. Kalidass. S/o A. Arumugam, M/s. Kongu Electronics, residing at: No.25-C, Sampath Street, rd Cross, Rathinapuri, Coimbatore — 641 had offered the immovable property more fully described in the schedule hereunder as security for the above said loan. As the aforesaid borrowers ailed to remit the demand amount within the stipulated 60 days, the Authorised Officer has taken possession of the property on 05.08.2019 under section 13(4) of the aforesaid Act.
Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower (s) and Guarantor (s) that the below described immovable property mortgaged/charged to the Secured Creditor, the constructive possession of which has been taken by the Authorised Officer of Repco Bank Secured Creditor) on 05.08.2019, will be sold in "As is where is", "As is what is", and "Whatever there s" on 16.03.2020, for recovery of Rs.12,07,332/- (Rupees Twelve Lakh Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two Only) due to the Bank (Secured Creditor) from 1) Sri. A. Kalidass. S/o A. Arumugam, 2) Smt. K. Umamaheswari, W/o A. 'eoliths, 3) Smt. T. Krishnaveni, W/o. Thangamani, The reserve price will be Rs.40,67,000/- (Rupees Forty Latch and Sixty Seven Thousand Only) and the earnest money deposit will be Rs.4,06,700/- (Rupees Four Lakh Six Thousand and Seven Hundred Only).
Whereas the Authorised Officer has decided to bring the possession taken properties for sale under Section 13(4) of the aforesaid Act read with Rules 6, 8 & 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002 and accordingly sale notice is published.
