AMENDMENT TO THE CFE ORDER

Ref: 1) CFE Expansion order dt. 25.02.2021. 2) Port’s representation dt. 03.03.2021. 3) RO report dt.10.03.2021. 4) CFE Committee meeting held on 18.03.2021.

The Board issued CFE Expansion order, vide reference 1st cited, to M/s.Krishnapatnam Port Co. Ltd., Krishnapatnam (V), Muthukur (M), SPSR for Expansion (Phase – III) of the Port for Cargo handling, with an additional investment of Rs.9070 Cores.

The Port vide reference 2nd cited, requested for issue of amendment to the CFE Expansion order, in certain points. The RO: Nellore, vide reference 3rd cited, submitted report in this regard.

The item was placed before the CFE Committee meeting held on 18.03.2021. The representative of the project proponent attended the meeting through video conference and requested for issue of amendment to the CFE Expansion order.

After detailed discussions, the Committee recommended to issue amendment to CFE order as mentioned in the minutes.

In view of the above, the Board after careful examination of the representation of the Port and recommendations of the CFE Committee, hereby issues AMENDMENT TO THE CFE ORDER issued vide reference 1st cited, under Sec.25/26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Sec.21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and amendments thereof as following:
