Bernardo Martín Vega Durán CI: 010289737-8 Cuenca, Ecuador 08-enero-2020 Resumen: El presente trabajo trata sobre la Libre Asociación o Automatismo en la producción de imágenes y obras visuales en la contemporaneidad, adaptando esta metodología no premeditada, llevada a una superficie subjetiva por parte del autor de la obra; tomando como base el surrealismo y aplicándolo al sentido actual mediante la incorporación de elementos estéticos propios del desarrollo de tendencias artísticas y subculturas actuales. La libertad creativa de este procedimiento valúa al proceso como experiencia o acción poética. Palabras claves: Arte. Libre asociación. Automatismo. Libertad. Lowbrow artists were difficult to be adopted in the arts and design fields in the first years of the movement, because they did not have a diploma in fine arts and came from the street culture.
