With indignation Parliament ReIlublic Congo has just suffered a deplorably unjust blow consequence arbitrary arrest PYi~e Minister Lumumba contrary decisions Parliament. We Ilrotest vehemently agaiLst such arbitrary measure which will scandalize whole world. Conciliation Commission aIl~ointed by Chamber having met Chief of State Kasavubu and Prime Minister Ltunumba notifying each of them decision taken which we consider wise in higher interest Congolese nation. Neither of two Ilarties concerned misunderstood value our Commission. Ileo Government has not yet had vote confidence Parliament consequently cannot reIllace legal Government. Its acts are criminal against democratic freedoms and sovereignty recognized constitutionally Congolese Parliament. Mc.tter must be brought before Security Council this evening.
